I just saw a news item which advertised the best example of the Ottawa Charter's "Reorienting Health Services" I think I've ever seen. BreastScreen has opened up a branch behind the lingerie section of Myer in Parramatta, with branches in other stores, including Castle Hill, to follow.
What a great way to make having a mamogram more convenient and less stressful for those women who should be having one. Setting up a health services such as this, where it is more accessible for women, is a great example of Reorienting Health Services.
